I loved the rooftop bar with stunning sunset views and the vibrant atmosphere, but the cleanliness was disappointing. I'd think twice before returning again.

We loved the location, as it was close to all the fun spots downtown and easy to explore the city with our two small kids. The pool was also a hit, providing a refreshing break after busy days.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be great.

The Hyatt Centric provided a remarkable experience with its modern decor blending Southern charm. The hotel staff was exceptionally attentive and responsive, attending to any of my needs promptly. I appreciated the comfortable seating areas for meetings and the convenience of being steps away from Beale Street and the riverfront, which greatly complemented my work trip.
The breakfast service was significantly delayed on one occasion.

Just a strong match for a quick stopover in Memphis with excellent value for money. The room had a slight view of the river which was nice. Be sure to confirm your room type before arriving.

comfortable stay with great advice
The staff provided excellent dinner recommendations, especially the one for BB King's, which turned out delicious. The fitness room had a range of modern equipment that made it easy to maintain my workout routine.
The lobby, while comfy, could feel a bit crowded during peak times.

I loved the modern decor that perfectly combined Southern charm and style. The location near Beale Street and the riverfront was ideal for enjoying local nightlife and city vibes. I appreciated the comfortable seating areas that made it easy to relax and unwind. However, the rooftop bar got a bit too loud during the weekends, making it hard to enjoy the view and conversation. The early pool closing was disappointing, especially since I wanted to swim after a busy day. The staff were attentive, but I encountered a delay in breakfast service, which wasn’t great when I was in a hurry. Overall, the hotel had potential, but some elements need attention for a better guest experience.

The room was spacious and had a modern design, but it felt a bit too noisy at times. The glass-enclosed shower was a neat touch, though. Overall, the beds were pretty comfortable, which was a plus after a long day.

The clean room offered a stunning view of the river, and the professional staff enhanced the experience. Enjoying good food options on-site was a real treat. However, while the location was convenient, the noise levels during the night could disrupt sleep, and there was a lack of variety in dining options nearby.
